Took my 15-year-old son to Capelli’s Barbers and Paul cut his hair. My son has had a few bad experiences at other barbers before, so he was quite apprehensive about trying somewhere new.
Paul was fantastic. He took the time to really listen to what my son wanted and understood exactly the style he was going for. He was patient, friendly and clearly very experienced.
The result was spot on. My son was genuinely really pleased with his hair, which says a lot. The first thing he said when he came out was how nice Paul was and how easy he was to talk to. That’s high praise from a 15-year-old!
